 Surrogacy Conference
& Expo

Sat, Jan 12 - Sun Jan 13, 2019

Marines' Memorial Club & Hotel,
609 Sutter St., San Francisco

Our Family Coalition teams up once again with Men Having Babies for the 6th Annual West Coast Surrogacy Conference and Expo, featuring expert panels on all aspects of surrogacy, from the emotional to the financial to the medical to the ethical.

You'll get a chance to also hear parents, surrogates, and teens share their stories, and have one-on-one consultations with agencies.

It's a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore family building by surrogacy, with a huge range of speakers and resources all under one roof and in one weekend.

Give Back

Help us show the power of love

We have much work to continue to do to bring LGBTQ-inclusivity to our schools and laws, and to ensure that all LGBTQ families are treated justly. At Our Family Coalition, it is our love of our children, our community, and of justice that keeps us going.

Help supersize your own love of your family, your community, and justice for all of us with a donation to our end-of-the-year campaign. Anything you can spare helps: all donations from now 'til December 31 will be generously matched by the Jonathan Logan Family Foundation

Take Action

Tell the Trump Administration: Liberty and Justice for *All*

Until December 10, the Department of Homeland Security must solicit public comment on their proposal to upend decades of policy and deny permanent residence status to applicants deemed likely to be a "burden." Specifically, this new rule would make the use of health, anti-hunger, or affordable housing programs reason to disqualify someone from immigration.

There are over 600,000 LGBTQ-identified adult immigrants in this country, and nearly 25,000 non-citizens in a same-sex couple with a U.S. citizen. A quarter are raising children.

The government is obligated to read and record all comments: public outcry does indeed make a difference. At the least it slows the gears so that remedies can be assembled; at the most, it stops injustice in its tracks.

To learn more, see NQAPIA's informative write-up here. Then go to Protecting Immigrant Families' TAKE ACTION page  and share your thoughts. Or go to the Federal Register page on the proposal to read up and the comment portal to make your beliefs known.
