LGBTQ families have been hit with dramatic changes and uncertainty about our rights. This seminar will deal specifically with the property and estate planning issues faced by LGBTQ couples and families of all ages and income levels. We will discuss the basics of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney and what issues might need to be revisited for those of us who may already have documents.
